1. The service
QAZER provides a fixed-price, written Financial Health Report based on documents you supply. It is a diagnostic and educational deliverable — it is NOT financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained documents.
- Ensure you are authorised to share the data you submit.
- Use the report for your own business decisions at your own discretion.
3. Orders & payment
Reports are €290 (Standard) or €490 (Pro), excluding VAT, paid upfront via Stripe or bank transfer. Delivery is within 5–10 working days of receiving complete documents.
4. Refunds
If we cannot produce a meaningful report from the documents provided, we will tell you before starting and refund any payment. Once analysis has begun, refunds are handled case by case in good faith.
5. Limitation of liability
The report is based on the data you provide and reflects a point-in-time analysis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the report. We are not liable for decisions made by you or third parties based on the report.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Security page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
